What are the biggest advantages of using a drone?
It's the safest, fastest and cheapest method to gain information about an area which is difficult to access. We allow you to get the bird's eye view, its particularly useful in towns and cities where space is restricted.
How accurate is your drone survey?
we can gather data very close to the roff or structure using the telecom lens of the drone we can see small details, that the surveyor needs for writing their reports to the client, as far as drone photogrammetry accuracy can be as small as 20mm, however this really depends on the size of the building and information required.
What happens to the collected data?
Your data is protected under our privacy policy and won't be shared with third parties. However unless agreed otherwise we may use the images and video for our marketing purposes.

Is there any area you cannot fly in?
Yes, by law we cannot operate close to any airports, military bases or prisons without proper permissions received. If there is any permission required at your location, we can make all the necessary arrangements.
Are power lines an obstacle for you to operate?
No, you don't have to worry about anything like that. Our professional team conducts a risk assessment and avoids potential hazards.
Is there a limited area size you can survey?
No, with multiple flights we can handle almost sized area.
How long does a survey take?
This depends a lot on the the amount of data required for your project. A house survey may be completed in 20 minutes however a warehouse survey may take a few hours
What image quality can I expect?
We use high end a 12MP (4000 x 3000 resolution as standard image size, however we can also capture a 48MP image from the same sensor) for the video we capture in either HD 1920 x 1080 resolution or 4K (3840×2160 ) also 2.7K: 2688×1512 at various frame rates.
What format do I get the data in?
we generally provide the image data in JPEG / DNG (RAW) formats and the video in MP4 / MOV (MPEG-4 AVC/H.264, HEVC/H.265)
Can you edit the Videos?
Yes, we have an experienced post production team that will meet your needs.
What is 3D photogrammetry?
We collect photographic data around the subject. Then using software we can render a point cloud, using textures, shades, and tiles, your model is constructed, which you can then view in 3D space. We can also integrate with Google maps.
What is CPD?
CPD(Continuing Professional Development) is our program to enhance your professional abilities as a surveyor. We offer training by conducting seminars in your location. All RICS professionals must undertake and record online a minimum of 20 hrs CPD activity a year.
How high can you fly?
Our PfCO qualification allows us to fly to a maximum height of 400ft, depending on the location and agreement with any required authorities this could be extended.
Can you fly at night?
Yes our PfCO qualification allows us to complete drone operations at night
How much does it cost?
It's cheaper than using conventional methods. We will give you a quote after receiving the address of the site and the required information required.
What happens if you have to cancel the flight due to weather conditions?
If we cannot fly in heavy winds, rain or poor visibility, the flight will be postponed at no charge for the next suitable day.
Is your team fully licensed and insured?
Yes, our team is fully trained and certified (PfCO) to operate. Next to multiple safety measurements we also have an insurance in place.
Do you operate outside the UK?
Yes, it may be possible depending on country and location
